There is magic in doing nothing.
If you come home today and are so tired that you don't possibly think you could do any kind of self maintenance, I invite you to check in with Dr Quite for a quick moment and then do nothing. Do absolutely nothing for 10 minutes. Don't check your phone, don't clean the house, don't turn on the T.V. Just check in with yourself, pay attention to your breath and be still. Breathe deep, exhale completely and repeat.
