Here's a quote I heard last week.

You know how sometimes you hear a quote and then you meet someone new and the quote just couldn't be any more true?  Well here's one from that I'm paraphrasing from last week; 

"if the story you're telling yourself doesn't match the story you're telling other people, then the chances are good that you're going to fatigue, get sick and eventually die". 

It's pretty brutal but I love it.  I probably butchered the last part too, but I'm sure you get the idea.  Be yourself kids, you'll get tired trying to be someone else.
