Foundation Training is a series of exercises designed to improve posture and alleviate back pain. A combination of decompression breathing and integrating large muscle chains; this practice will leave you feeling taller, stronger and pain free.
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) is system that increases joint control and range of motion. It is not a set of exercises, but rather a continuum or a way of thinking that helps create joint interdependence, mobility and joint health, resulting in more fluid, pain-free motion.

I am functional movement and performance coach who bridges the gap between a traditional physical therapist and a trainer. I use several proven wellness techniques that I adapt to develop a specialized program based for you on your specific needs.
It is the combination of the modalities that is so effective. That said, you need to be willing to put in the work and be ready to take responsibility for yourself. This is not a ‘magic pill’ and it's not a quick adjustment. I’ll teach you exercises that you will be able to do for the rest of your life.
I live in LA and work with all people, including athletes and businesses, teaching the tools to get you out of pain and perform you best.
It's not about speed. It's about making long-lasting changes which can be a different experience than your typical manual therapist.
